1.053 OG – 1.012 FG – 26 ibus – 5.4% abv. – 26 ebc – 90 minute boil – 65 liters


  • Hops

  • 60 minutes: 50 grams of Styrian Dana pellets (13.2% alpha acid)


  • Grain

  • 7.5 kg Vienna Malt (55.5%)
  • 4.00 kg Smoked Malt (29.6%)
  • 1.50 kg Caramunich Type II (11.1%)
  • 0.52 kg Cara Aroma (3.8%)


  • Mash schedule

  • 60 minutes at 67.5º Celsius.


  • Yeast

  • 4 packets of Fermentis S-23.
  • Pitched at 12º Celsius.
  • Primary fermentation 12º Celsius for 14 days.
  • Secondary fermentation at 2º Celsius for 16 days.
