Simply Blond
Brewed by Janko Cvitaš and Adriana Milina.
1.058 OG – 1.010 FG – 29 ibus – 6.3% abv. – 12 ebc – 60 minute boil – 11 liter batch
Hops
- 15 minutes: 30 grams of Hallertau Blanc pellets
Grain
- 3.50 kg Nova Gradiška Pils Malt (92.1%)
- 0.20 kg Munich Malt (5.3%)
- 0.10 kg CaraHell (2.6%)
Mash schedule
- Single rest around 65º Celsius – 12 liters mash water
- 10 liters sparge water
Yeast
- Wyeast 1388
- No starter used.
- Primary fermentation at ambient temperature, around 22º Celsius for 12 days
- No secondary fermentation.
- Bottling aimed for 2.7 volumes of carbonation.
