1.038 OG – 1.010 FG – 30 ibus – 3.9% abv. – 48.7 ebc – 90 minute boil – 40 liter batch


  • Hops

  • 75 minutes: 34 grams of Aurora pellets (8.25% alpha acid)
  • 20 minutes: 32 grams of Cascade pellets (5.5% alpha acid)
  • 10 minutes: 20 grams of Aurora pellets (8.25% alpha acid)


  • Grain

  • Pils (75.6%)
  • Crystal 60L (8.9%)
  • Caramunich (8.9%)
  • Carafa Special III (4.4%)
  • Special B (2.2%)
  • Belgian Sugar (1.9%)


  • Mash schedule

  • 90 min – Alpha amylase rest: 64°Celsius (until full conversion)
  • 15 min – Mash out: 75°Celsius


  • Yeast

  • Fermentis US-05, 2 packets.
  • Pitched at 21º Celsius.
  • Primary fermentation 18-19º Celsius over 21 days.
  • No secondary fermentation.
  • Keg carbonation 0.8bar 15 days at 2°Celsius.


  • Water

  • 50% RO, 50% Tap water
